I am having a drainage/mud problem from my neighbor's/commercial business?
If the drainage/mud is coming from another private property, whether it is an individual or a commercial business, it is considered a civil problem and does not involve the City. The exception to this would be if the City has a construction project that has caused the drainage/mud problem which would then be resolved by the City.
