Watch out for antifreeze as this poison will taste sweet to animals and is fatal if not treated immediately. Under city ordinance, animals cannot be tethered outside between 10pm-6am, for more than 30 minutes without adequate food, water and shelter. Animals cannot be tethered if the temperature is below 32 degrees Fahrenheit.
