The City of St. Joseph’s Planning and Community Development Department has completed its Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report on the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME Investment Partnerships Programs for the period, July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2024. The Performance Report describes each activity for which CDBG and HOME funds were budgeted in the Community Partnership Strategy and Consolidated Plan – Fourth Year Annual Plan for Program Year 2023/2024. The Report provides a summary of programmatic accomplishments and the city’s assessment of its progress in addressing the priority needs and the specific goals and objectives identified in the strategic plan and action plan.
The public and interested citizens are invited to review and examine the Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report and submit comments regarding the City of St. Joseph’s use of available resources and its accomplishments in addressing the identified needs.

The Department of Planning and Community Development, Room 101-B, City Hall, 1100 Frederick Avenue, St. Joseph, Missouri 64501, will accept written comments regarding the Annual Performance Report January 7, 2025 through January 23, 2025.
All comments, either written or presented verbally to the City of St Joseph Community Development Department, will be summarized and included with the Annual Performance Report when it is submitted to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development on or about January 24, 2025.
